The 'Echire エシレ ' French Butter brand, from Charente Poitou PDO, has made quite an impact in Japan's food scene.. 🇯🇵🇫🇷 I am personally not too much into their churned Butters, as there are quite a few Artisanal brands which I think tastes better, plus this brand can be bought frozen from Costco. Having said that.. Their Sable au Beurre & Financiers were super addictive, when I bought them again in a new outlet in Tokyo. Very great baking indeed ~! 😍😋😋😋
矽谷馬麻從大學時期就很喜歡煮義大利麵。因為廚藝真的很差😅，加上義大利麵又是不可能失敗的一道料理，漸漸的身旁的人都知道我愛吃愛煮義大利麵。
今天為大家介紹一道 #零失敗率的 #30分鐘上菜懶人料理 — 義大利海鮮墨魚麵!
所有食材來自Trader Joe’s和Costco。
材料如下：
Trader Joe’s organic French Baguette 有機法國麵包
Trader Joe’s Roasted Garlic & Herb Butter Spread 香蒜奶油抹醬
Trader Joe’s Squid Ink Spaghetti 義大利墨魚麵
Costco’s Cioppino 義式海鮮湯 （超豐富的料，有小干貝，蝦，蛤蜊，九孔）
作法如下：
1. 義式海鮮湯放入淺鍋裡加熱。
2. 滾水放入一包墨魚麵，10分鐘後撈出。
3. 法國麵包切片，抹上香蒜奶油抹醬，放入烤箱350度烤5分鐘。
4. 煮好的墨魚麵澆上熱騰騰的海鮮湯，準備開動！

このミックスナッツバターは砂糖不使用のものです！
普段使ってるピーナッツバターも砂糖不使用だから
砂糖の入ってるものを使うなら、ブラウンシュガーだいぶ少なめでいいと思うよ🤗
個人的にはピーナッツバターで作る方がおすすめ…(小声)
